خصوصيتك أمانة. هذه الصفحة توضح بلغة بسيطة ما البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها — ومع من لا نشاركها أبداً.
ما نجمعه ولماذا
- الاسم ورقم الجوال: لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول برمز تحقق.
- قائمة الركاب (الأسماء): متطلب نظامي من خفر السواحل لكل رحلة بحرية — تُستخدم لهذا الغرض فقط.
- بيانات الحجز والرحلات: لتشغيل الخدمة، وحساب مكافآتك، وتحسين التجربة.
- محادثاتك مع الكابتن داخل التطبيق: تُحفظ لحمايتك عند أي نزاع، وتُخفى فيها أرقام الجوال تلقائياً حفاظاً على خصوصية الطرفين.
- للكباتن: رخصة خفر السواحل وبيانات القارب — للتحقق النظامي قبل النشر، وبيانات الحساب البنكي (الآيبان) لتحويل الأرباح.
بيانات الدفع
عمليات الدفع تتم بالكامل عبر مزوّد الدفع السعودي المرخّص «ميسر» (Moyasar). مرسى لا تخزّن أرقام بطاقاتك إطلاقاً — بيانات البطاقة تذهب مباشرة لمزوّد الدفع وفق معايير أمان المدفوعات (PCI DSS).
مع من نشارك بياناتك
- الكابتن: يرى اسمك وقائمة ركابك لرحلته فقط — لا يرى رقم جوالك؛ التواصل يتم داخل التطبيق.
- الجهات الرسمية: قائمة الركاب لخفر السواحل وفق الأنظمة، وما تطلبه الجهات المختصة نظاماً.
- مزوّدو الخدمة التقنيون: استضافة البيانات ومعالجة الدفع وإرسال رسائل التحقق — بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
- لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية خارجية. أبداً.
حقوقك
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك — مع بقاء ما تلزم الأنظمة بحفظه (كالسجلات المالية) للمدة النظامية.
- الاعتراض على أي استخدام تسويقي لبياناتك.

أمان البيانات
بياناتك محفوظة مشفّرة أثناء النقل والتخزين، والوصول إليها مقيّد بصلاحيات صارمة. عند أي تحديث جوهري لهذه السياسة سنشعرك داخل التطبيق.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is a trust we hold. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, who we share it with — and who we never share it with.
What we collect, and why
- Your name and mobile number: to create your account and sign you in with a verification code.
- Passenger manifest (names): a Saudi Coast Guard regulatory requirement for every sea trip — used for that purpose only.
- Booking and trip data: to run the service, calculate your rewards, and improve the experience.
- Your in-app chats with the captain: kept to protect you in any dispute, with phone numbers automatically masked to protect both sides' privacy.
- For captains: Coast Guard license and boat details — for regulatory verification before listing — and bank details (IBAN) for payouts.
Payment data
All payments are processed by the licensed Saudi payment provider Moyasar. Marsa never stores your card numbers — card details go directly to the payment provider under PCI DSS security standards.
Who we share your data with
- The captain: sees your name and the manifest for their trip only — never your phone number; communication stays in-app.
- Authorities: the passenger manifest to the Coast Guard as regulations require, and whatever competent authorities lawfully request.
- Technical service providers: data hosting, payment processing, and verification messages — strictly to the extent needed to operate the service.
- We never sell your data, and we never share it for third-party marketing. Ever.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data, or correct it.
- Delete your account and data — except what regulations require us to keep (such as financial records) for the statutory period.
- Object to any marketing use of your data.

Data security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strictly limited access. We'll notify you in-app of any material update to this policy.
