حذف حسابك وبياناتك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في مرسى وبياناتك الشخصية في أي وقت، بطريقتين:
الطريقة الأسرع — من داخل التطبيق
١ افتح تطبيق مرسى وسجّل الدخول.
٢ اذهب إلى الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
٣ أكّد الطلب — يبدأ الحذف مباشرةً.
أو عبر طلب على الويب (بدون الحاجة لإعادة تثبيت التطبيق)
إن لم يعد لديك التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف من بريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل إلى:
اكتب في الرسالة: «أطلب حذف حسابي في مرسى» مع رقم الجوال المسجّل. نتحقّق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحدّ أقصى ونؤكّد لك ذلك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، رقم الجوال، الصورة، وبيانات الحساب.
- محادثاتك داخل التطبيق، تفضيلاتك، ونقاط الولاء.
- ربط بياناتك الشخصية بحجوزاتك.
ما الذي نحتفظ به (وفق النظام)
- السجلات المالية للمعاملات (الفواتير والمدفوعات) — نلتزم بحفظها للمدة النظامية التي تفرضها هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك وأنظمة مكافحة غسل الأموال، وتُحفظ بأقل قدر ممكن من البيانات المرتبطة بك.
- يُحذف ما تبقّى من بياناتك الشخصية.

Delete your account and data
You can delete your Marsa account and personal data at any time, in two ways:
Fastest — inside the app
1 Open the Marsa app and sign in.
2 Go to Settings → Delete account.
3 Confirm — deletion starts right away.
Or by web request (no need to reinstall the app)
If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request from your registered email to:
Write “I request deletion of my Marsa account” and include your registered mobile number. We verify your identity, then complete the deletion within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, photo, and account details.
- Your in-app chats, preferences, and loyalty points.
- The link between your personal data and your bookings.
What we retain (as required by law)
- Financial transaction records (invoices and payments) — we are required to keep these for the statutory period set by ZATCA and anti-money-laundering regulations, stored with the minimum data linked to you.
- Everything else of your personal data is deleted.
